Incoming Transfer Credit
In order for incoming transfer credits from other colleges and universities to be applied to a degree at WVC, students must submit a Credit Evaluation Request form (Academic Program Evaluation or Professional/Technical Program Evaluation). Credit Evaluation Request forms can be emailed to TranscriptEvals@wvc.edu or submitted in person at the Office of Admission and Registration in Wenatchi Hall on the Wenatchee campus or the Administration building on the Omak campus.
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that official transcripts are sent directly to WVC from all other colleges and/or universities that are to be considered in the evaluation. Evaluation requests will be processed upon the student's enrollment at WVC and cannot be completed until all official transcripts are on file. Due to the large volume of requests we receive, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for evaluations to be processed. Completed evaluations will be emailed to the student's preferred email address and a copy will be sent to the student's faculty adviser.
