WCCCSA stands for Washington Community College Consortium for Study Abroad. WVC, in
partnership with WCCCSA, sends groups of students to study abroad in various countries.
The Consortium includes many colleges in Washington state. WCCCSA works with study
abroad providers who have staff located at the destinations. The providers arrange
the housing, classroom space, excursions, medical insurance and more.
Currently, WCCCSA operates programs in the following countries: England, Italy, Germany,
Costa Rica, Spain and more. Check with a Study Abroad Coordinator for more information
because new programs are added regularly.

It all depends. Total costs for a quarter-long program (everything included) typically
average around $9,000-$11,000.
Typically students plan one year in advance to be able to apply for scholarships and
save enough money. There is no formula that is the same for every student.
