600.630 MEALS & REFRESHMENTS POLICY

The president or the identified designee may authorize the cost of meals and light refreshments at meetings or formal training sessions. This authority is not intended for use with the normal daily business of employees or officials but is authorized for special situations or occasions, in compliance with state guidelines. (OFM 70.10.20, OFM 10.40)
