Personal Services Contracts

600.310 PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACTS POLICY

The college shall utilize internal staff resources whenever possible. However, the board delegates to the president or designee the responsibility to contract for independent services and architectural and engineering services as needed, in compliance with the rules and regulations of the state of Washington regarding the acquisition of outside contracted services.
