600.105 ALLOCATION AND MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES POLICY

Wenatchee Valley College is committed to the responsible management of financial resources. Responsibility and authority for financial management is assigned through adopted procedures. The primary objective of the budget allocation process is effective distribution of resources to support the college mission. It is the responsibility of department managers to manage financial resources within their units in such a manner as to provide the instructional and support activities that best achieve the planned levels of student enrollment and services.
