Education is important to Stephanie Musser because her mother, sister, and other family members are teachers who take great pride in facilitating the personal and intellectual development of others. “They are role models and shaped who I am today with a love of learning and curiosity,” she said.

Stephanie is inspired to serve on the WVC Foundation board because she enjoys surrounding herself with other like-minded individuals who see the importance of learning while participating in an organization which helps others succeed by reducing barriers.

As a new member, Stephanie has few memories as a WVC Foundation board member, but enjoyed volunteering at September’s Food Truck Knight. “It was a well-collaborated event with every kind of food & beverage imaginable, and fun entertainment,” she said. “I can’t wait for the next one!”

Outside of serving on the WVC Foundation board, Stephanie enjoys travelling, hiking, dancing, working in her yard, and being a mom.

“Wenatchee Valley College matters to me because it provides local access to continuing education and expanding knowledge,” she said.
